By using FITDROP, you agree to rent clothing responsibly, return items by the agreed date, and use the platform in good faith.

Eligibility

FITDROP is intended for a broad audience, including teens. Accounts for minors may require guardian involvement for any financial agreement, subject to future legal review.

Rentals

Each rental grants a temporary right to wear a specific garment for the agreed rental window. Ownership remains with FITDROP (or its brand/store partners) at all times.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for the condition of items while in your possession, subject to our Damage Policy.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly damage inventory, return items late, or otherwise abuse the platform.
